Word Work Book

Hi Parents,

This afternoon your child received a Word Work Book that we will be using in class. We are asking that you cover the book with clear contact and return to school on Monday.  We had wanted to send out a note explaining this, however the internet was cut out at school today, due to maintenance issues and so we could not get anything printed. These issue have now been resolved and hence the blog post informing you of this book.

Maths Week 2

In Maths we learnt about the concept of time, including the order of events, how long some things can take and the use of an analogue  clock to identify o'clock time.

Auskick Fun

This afternoon we participated in a bit of Auskick fun. A flyer was sent home with more information regarding the afternoon clinic starting next Monday.

String Writing

You may have noticed that there are strings around the school displaying children's work. Kindergarten had lots of fun writing a message and  hanging  it out the front of the school for the people of Girraween to read. When you pick up or drop of your child you may like to go read their writing.
